DESCRIPTION OF THE BUSINESS:

Supply of parts made in glasses technicians for industries of mission criticism: Energy Atomic, Gas,

Aerospace, R&D and Electronics. Training Center of Excellence in technical glass.

AIM OF THE PLAN OF BUSINESS:

Implementation of a High Technology Center in Production and Engineering (R&D&i) of Technical

parts in Quartz, Sapphire, Silicon Carbide and Other Technical Ceramics for the Aerospace, Electronics

and Atomic Energy and Gas industries. Creation of the only Training Center of Excellence in technical

glass in Spain.

SUMMARY OF THE BUSINESS:

These mission-critical industries require very diverse pieces made of technical glass with very high

quality and functionality requirements, for the following applications: Implant in avionics panels,

Manipulate and process, for example, Graphene and Silicon for very diverse applications in those

industrial sectors, Burning Gas in Gas thermal power plants. In addition to other very diverse industrial

applications of very high technology and in some cases it is impossible to know their fine application due

to their application in R&D or Military.

The Industry of these materials is not developed in Spain, nor do the Universities have specialties in

these materials, so it is expected to attract talent from French and German Universities, the most

developed in this field. For which it is considered necessary to locate the company or at least its R&D&I

center in a place that allows the attraction of talent in the cheapest way possible to the application that

will be developed. Málaga holds the first position in ERASMUS demands throughout Europe, so the
